Mostly all the orders are shipped on the same day, except for the orders which are not in stock.
For the items not available, we try to arrange as soon as possible and get it ready to be delivered. Waiting time is approximate and it depends on the availability of our suppliers.

To the item’s price you have to add the shipping cost to the destination country.

Duties depend on the Customs of your country. Gulf Optics does not add extra to cover customs of your country and it is on the recipient’s charge.

Gulf Optic cannot control or predict these charges and their amount, as Custom policies vary widely from one country to the other. If you need more information about Customs fees, please contact your local Speedex or UPS or the Customs directly.

Duties are usually collected by the courier upon delivery but they may also be applied later.

In case of damaged packaging, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
It is possible to have products sent to an address different from your own, just write it in the order form while placing your order.
All our packages are assigned to professional couriers that cannot leave unguarded items in front of the door.
We suggest you to specify an address where the courier will find somebody who can sign for the delivery.
