Yes, all the glasses and contact lenses on gulfoptic.com are 100% original with no doubt. They are shipped in their original case(with respect to their brand), box, sensitive cleaning cloth & accessories(if any).

Does all the glasses comes with guarantee?

Yes, all the glasses on gulfoptic.com comes with a guarantee that covers all defects during production. In case of damages, send us the detail with pictures of the defected part to our infinityfzc@gmail.com.

How long does it takes to receive the product?

Most of our product(glasses and contact lenses) are available immediately. If the your order is instock, we ship it on the same day. Mostly we keep all our products in stock. Out of Stock products are marked with Red badge on the right side  of the product image.

To check the availability of the products(sunglasses, eyeglasses and contact lenses), you can also contact our warehouse in Dubai, UAE(during office hours only).

Do you ship order to a P.O Box?

Unfortunately we don’t ship order to a P.O Box.

How to track my shipment?

When the status of your order changes, each time you will be updated through a text message to your mobile(if you have entered your phone number during checkout) except for the customers from USA.

Login to your account on gulfoptic.com, view your order to get the tracking number & details. There will be a link on the same order page, click on the link to track the status of the shipment.

From where I can pickup my order for local pickup ?

Option for the selection of pickup location will be displayed during checkout. Pickup can only be done from any of our branches based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

When my order will be ready for pickup ?

Your order will be ready for pickup after 5 hours of order placement. Also estimated time for pickup will be displayed during checkout.
